High performance chemical filter(High Temperature Nickel Plating filter)
TCP Series filter-pump systems are made of PP/CPVC/PVDF/TITANIUM. The compact size filter systems are available with flow rates from 900L/hr to 30,000 L/hr. Housing cover gasket are made of EPDM or Viton. It can withstand wide range of chemical liquid.
The filter cover is designed many thick reinforced ribbing in all molded parts, so that it can bear higher pressure. Modular Design makes these filters easy to service and operate. The newest filter  housing is produced by injection-molding technology, no welding, has longer life. Many kinds of filter elements can be exchanged. Special big flow design, the housing inside is very smooth, with low drag-loss, suitable for many kinds of application which request big flow rate.
